La concezione di base di questo "concept" album è quella della massa sonora. Partendo da suoni reali come acqua, rumori del vivere quotidiano ecc, vengono generate delle "nubi" di suono attraverso svariate tecniche di manipolazione. Esse vengono "intonate" seguendo la serie degli armonici superiori del tono fondamentale La. Su di esse vengono inseriti strumenti tradizionali quali pianoforte, chitarra synth e voce. In questo modo si ha un contatto tra il fenomeno e l'astratto. E' un disco essenzialmente minimalista, la cui ispirazione spazia dalla musica colta, all'elettronica, all'avanguardia, alla popular music, e ciò emerge attraverso degli omaggi a compositori quali Ryuichi Sakamoto, Glenn Branca, Satie, Terry Riley, Beethoven.
