Ezio Piermattei è un musicista pescarese attivo già con Levis Hostel e Poisucevamachenille. Hum of Gnats è il suo nuovo progetto, dove nel finale del primo brano interviene Napo Camassa. L'album contiene 4 lunghi brani da circa 10 minuti l'uno. Nella sua musica sperimentale convivono suoni presi dall'ambiente uniti ad una miriade di suoni allucinati.
